An inductor capable of simplifying circuit and LC combination device using the same are provided to lighten a device by assembling an inductor and a condenser in a body. An inductor(70) capable of simplifying circuit comprises a bar core(50), a first insulation film(30), a foil(20), a second insulation film, and a lead wire(10). The bar core is made of a magnetic material. The first insulation film is wound on the bar core, and insulates the bar core and the foil. The foil is wound on the first insulation film, and is made of a conductive material having a predetermined width. The second insulation film has a width wider than the foil, and insulates an inter-layer between foils. The lead wire is adhered to a starting part and an ending part of the foil, and performs a lead terminal role.
