A building has an outer wall under an external facade skin of sheet metal with a trapezoidal profile forming a series of upright air columns over a layer of insulation material. The vertical columns merge into a single transverse duct served by a blower forming part of the building heating and/or air conditioning system. The horizontal duct replaces the prior art transverse duct at roof level.
