<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network communication system capable of specifying a state of each device in real time without increasing a network workload. <P>SOLUTION: As an extension header of a real-time transport protocol (RTP), information is appended which indicates identifiers of bases and statuses of the bases. Information of each base contains information capable of specifying a speaking party (information indicating whether or not the level of collected voices is equal with or higher than a threshold). In a conference terminal of each base, information of the extension header contained in a received RTP packet is managed in an internal memory.
