PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition whose decomposition speed is high by a means of light irradiation or the like, specifically, a resin composition in which titanium dioxide as photocatalytic particles are dispersed without being accompanied by flocculation. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a resin composition comprising photocatalytic particles selected from anatase type titanium oxide and rutile type titanium oxide, and in which the photocatalytic particles with the second particle diameters of≥100 nm are highly dispersed by≤2 pieces per 1μm<SP>2</SP>, and also a structure formed thereof is disclosed.
