PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heat conductive cement having high heat radiation characteristic and excellent handleability. SOLUTION: A cement composition obtained by adding 5-400 pts.wt. high heat conductive pitch-based carbon fiber to 100 pts.wt. cement and combining them is improved in mechanical strength, excellent in handleability and maintains high heat conductivity.
