PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive dish having a function for allowing a person with disability, or the like, who has one disabled hand for some reason, such as the dyskinesia of a hand, and the other useful hand with an insufficient ability for freely using chopsticks, or has a lowered ability, to have a meal without any help of a caregiver. SOLUTION: The dish has dotted, stick-like or strip-like projection on the inside of the outer edge or has other structures so as to increase slip resistance or rolling resistance between foods and the dish, prevent spill of the foods in the dish to the outside of the dish by a horizontal pressure by a spoon or a fork, and facilitate putting the foods on the spoon or the fork to spoon up them.
