PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately recover balance of stored amounts of balls among a bank (array) of Pachinko machines even if the stored amount of a storage tank in a certain bank abruptly increases. SOLUTION: Usually, if the stored amount of a storage tank 34C is equal to or higher than a level 4, which indicates full, by ball circulation within one bank 30C among a plurality of banks, a discharge request FL3 is presented. When an adjacent bank 30B sends out a discharge acceptable signal FL4 corresponding to the request, Pachinko balls are discharged. However, the discharge request FL3 is presented even if the storage amount is a lower level of 3 while (a) Pachinko balls are fed into a counter 12c or (b) the other bank 30D supplies the Pachinko ball. Accordingly, if the storage amount abruptly increases by balls supplied from the other bank or balls fed into the counter, the discharge request is presented earlier without waiting until the storage amount reaches the normal discharge request level so as to immediately perform levelling of ball amounts among the banks of the Pachinko machines.
