PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counter kitchen facilitating the attachment/detachment of a heat insulating plate disposed at the back of a cooking part and having a superior cleaning performance with respect to the heat insulating plate and a top board. SOLUTION: The counter kitchen includes a top board inclination part 16a inclined upward toward and backward at the back of the cooking part 11, a top board horizontal part 16b horizontally extending from the top board inclination part to the back side, the heat insulating plate 17 having a shape corresponding to the surfaces of the top board inclination part and the top board horizontal part, and an engagement member 18 provided at the top board horizontal part and detachably engaged with the heat insulating plate.
