Provided are a frame member for a window plate member, which can be easily positioned with respect to the frame member so that it can be manufactured in an improved sizing precision, a window plate member with the frame member, a method for manufacturing the window plate member with the frame member. In this manufacturing method, a first adhesive face (24A) of a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape (24) is adhered in advance to a molding (14), and a released paper (36) is adhered to a second adhesive face (24B) of the pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape (24), to which the peripheral edge portion of a laminated glass (12) is to be adhered. After the peripheral edge of the laminated glass (12) is positioned with respect to the molding (14), the released paper (36) is then released from the second adhesive face (24B) of the pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape (24), and the molding (14) is adhered to the peripheral edge of the laminated glass (12) by the pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape (24). As a result, the laminated glass (12) can be easily positioned with respect to the molding (14), so that the pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape (24) is neither curled nor wrinkled, thereby to improve the sizing precision of a butt glass (10) with the molding manufactured.
