PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discriminate information (such as a medical chart) described by each doctor by making each of a plurality of users (doctors) have an input pen with identification information.

SOLUTION: Identification information is allocated to the input pen held by each of the plurality of doctors to acquire pieces of input information from the input pen with identification information. Then, whether or not pieces of identification information of the input pen correspond to pieces of identification information of owners, and the pieces of input information by the input pen are recorded by being associated with the pieces of identification information of the input pen. Then, only when information inputted by a certain input pen matches the identification information of an owner who owns the pen, the input information inputted by the input pen and a generation time of the input information are stored at each input operation.
