PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure because conveyance and horizontal discharge conveyors are formed of separate electric operated rollers, even a lifting device for the whole horizontal discharge rollers is further required and the structure is complicated and crosses in a limited space under a frame device 3 provided with lifting and turning devices. SOLUTION: A turning device 5 differently used by turning by 90 degrees to perform conveyance and horizontal discharge with a common set of electric operated rollers is provided under the frame device 3 provided with the lifting and turning devices in a conventional manner.
