PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground biting anchor for obtaining sufficient withdrawal resistance even if the ground is weak. SOLUTION: The anchor body includes a long cylindrical body 4 which is separated into predetermined lengths at two positions of the middle part. The anchor body is integrated into one by interposing and connecting an inner cylindrical body 12 and a large number of thin and long metal members 11 in each separated part 7. The inner cylindrical body 12 has an outflow port of a grout material formed at the peripheral surface. The end of the inner cylindrical body 12 is fixed to the separated end of the long cylindrical body 4 and the other end is formed to be protrusive from and retreative into the opposite separated end of the long cylindrical body 4. The thin and long metal members 11 extend in a manner of covering the separated part 7 and are formed to slightly be swelled to the outside. Two tensile wires 8 are arranged in the long cylindrical body 4 except the upper end of the separated long cylindrical body 4. Each of lower ends of the tensile wires 8 are connected to each of the separated parts, and upper ends are pulled out of an upper end opening of the long cylindrical body 4.
