Brick laying and wall building method - uses carriage which traverses and climbs sub-frame

Bricks are individually fed from a magazine and located in their correct positions on the wall by a brick securing carriage and a brick placing carriage (31, 33 etc). In placing the brick down into the mortar bed by the lower leading edge whilst pushing it horizontally towards the preceeding brick, the carriage then releasing and returning upwards to collect another brick. The machine embodies a carriage reciprocating across and climbing within a sub-frame.
