<p>The stand has a pivot (13, 14, 17, 18) on one face holding a U shaped bracket (16) with a holder (27) for whole cheeses on one side and a similar holder (19) for part cheeses (35) on the other side. The underface of the stand has an L shaped bracket (12)with this face uppermost a flat shelf with a back is fitted, this holds several pans. The stand is fitted on an arm (9) which can be positioned on a vertical rear column (3). This column is fitted at the top (6) with a means of heating (5) for cooking the cheese. The stand and the arm slide in sleeves (7, 10, 11) fitted with lockscrews (8).</p> |
