Coolers and filters in air conditioning plant have a tendency to accumulate a mat of bacteria. At certain intervals which can be freely adjusted, the affected equipment is heated to a temp. which is adequate to kill all bacteria and microorganisms (130 degrees C). This is a safer sterilizing method than spraying with a disinfectant and does not cause any smell nuisance.
