PREVETION OF WELDING OF PLASTIC MOLDED ARTICLE

摘要

PURPOSE:Each gate is fitted on the mold at an angle in the same direction as that of the resin flow on the surface of molded articles, thereby preventing the formation of weld in plastic molded articles to improve performance and quality of the product and reduce accidents. CONSTITUTION:Formed product of hollow disc shape 1 is molded using two direct gates the one of which is inclined to the right direction 5 and the other is inclined toward left 6. Thus, direct gates are symmetrically inclined and the resin flows in one direction as shown with broken arrow lines to form no weld line.
