PURPOSE:To prevent the crack from being caused to the coated dielectric substance layer, by forming the angle between the edge of the electrode coated on the glass substrate and the glass substrate so that it is within a given range, and by coating and forming the dielectric substance layer on the upper surface. CONSTITUTION:The electrode double metallic layer 21 consisting of the Cr layer 21a and the Cu layer 21b is formed on the surface of the glass substrate 1 with photographic etching. In this case, the electrode ridge S is not plane but a convex curved surface toward external, and the angle to the surface of the substrate is decreased as it closes to the electrode upper surface. Further, by taking the angle B of the line PQ to the substrate surface within 60 deg., no crack is caused to the dielectric substance layer coated on the upper part. |
