PURPOSE:To manufacture electrodes easily and at low cost for large semiconductor devices such as high-efficiency solar cells by using a new conductive paste and utilizing the advantages of the printing method characteristic effectively. CONSTITUTION:An n<+> layer 2 is formed on one side of n-type Si substrate 1, and p<+> layer 3 on the other side. Next, paste layers 4 and 5 are formed by printing and coating a conductive paste made of a mixture of glass, silver, gold and Sb by using a stencil screen. The mixture is composed of silver, 77-90wt%, gold, 1- 8wt%, Sb, 1-8wt% and glass 8-9wt%. |
