PURPOSE:To fully automatically manufacture a coiled electric wire, by providing a bonding liquid coating traverser, an electric wire protruding pipe and a coil making unit which comprises a lead winding model, a winding model holder, a stripper pin, etc. CONSTITUTION:When manufacturing is started, an electric wire protruding pipe is caused to project to place the end of an electric wire in the position of a wire hold- down member 13. An air cylinder 12 is driven to pinch the end of the wire between the hold-down member 13 and the bottom of an upper flange 8. A driver is then energized to rotate a lead winding model 11, an a top plate 16 and a winding model 20 together. In the position of half rotation, a traverser is driven upward to lift the electric wire above the upper flange 8. When a prescribed number of times of rotation is performed, the driver is deenergized and an air cylinder 18 is driven and a winding model holder 19 is elevated. At that time, the distance between the bottom of the winding model 20 and the top of the upper flange 8 is increased. In the final stage of elevation, a stripper pin 22 is protruded from the bottom of the winding model holder 19. At that time, the bottom of the pin 22 is wound on the peripheral surface of the winding model 20 to push the electric wire down and separate it from the winding model. After that, the electric wire is cut off and the wire hold- down member 13 moves down. |
