PURPOSE:To realize the diaphragm plate having sound speed the same degree as that in glass and having greater internal loss, by taking glass powder of flake shape as base material, laminating the glass powder in layer, and binding between each layers with organic binder. CONSTITUTION:The flake glass powder is made to sheets to form the flake glass integrated plates. The resin mixing three parts weight of boron fluoride monoethylamine as hardener to 100pts.wt. of epoxy resin is immersed to it so that the content can be 15wt%, and metal mold of flat shape is used and heat curing is made under the pressurizing conditions of 160 deg.C, 40 minutes and about 50kg/cm<2>, it is taken out of the metal mold, and after curing is made for 3hr at 165 deg.C, to obtain the diaphragm plate of average thickness of 200mum. The diaphragm plate thus obtained is twice in the sound speed in comparison with the cone paper and close to Al. On the other hand, the sharpness Q of the resonance is about 1/10 of Al, showing greater internal loss and excellent characteristics as a diaphragm plate. |
