<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and also to secure high reliability by forming a plurality of saturable magnetic cores on a common magnetic substrate at a time by injection molding. CONSTITUTION:At each coordinate detection position of magnetic substrate 5 made of an iron plate, etc., through-hole 6 is punched. Next, the top and reverse of substrate 5 is sandwiched between two kinds of metal molds for injection molding and a mixture obtained by mixing saturable magnetic powder such as powder of ferrite and a thermoplastic binder at a high temperature is injected into the metal molds at a high speed to form cores having the saturable characteristic, i.e. saturable magnetic cores 2 in through holes 6 at a time. Therefore, inexpensive coordinate input boards of high reliability can be manufactured with good mass-productivity.</p> |
