PURPOSE:To enable the efficient cleaning action in a circulator by associating a filter having honeycomb structure made of activated carbon fiber formed of cellulose fiber material in a wind passage from an air intake port to a discharge port thereof. CONSTITUTION:The circulator has a housing 1 including an upper intake port 2 and a lower exhaust port 3, and a lateral flow fan 4 provided within the housing 1 and with a rotary shaft installed approximately parallel to the wall surface and a motor 5 for driving the fan 4 in the housing 1. A filter 7 is associated between the ports 2 and the fan 4 in the passage 6 provided from the port 2 to the port 3 of the circulator. This filter 7 is formed of a honeycomb structure made of felt of activated carbon fiber from cellulose fiber material or paper. According to this filter 7 it can reduce the wind passage loss resistance and improve the cleaning capacity. |
