PURPOSE:To ensure a temperature compensation for an electric circuit, by installing a control voltage generating circuit that has plural temperature-sensitive resistances and variable resistance and sets independently the control voltage at a high and low temperatures after setting the control voltage at the reference temperature to use it for the control voltage of the electric circuit. CONSTITUTION:The thermistors S1 and S2 of the control voltage generating circuit CONT1 are the negative property temperature-sensitive resistances having the resistance value increasing with increase of temperature. On the other hand, the posistors P1 and P2 are the positive property temperature-sensitive resistances having the resistance value lowering with drop of temperature. If the normal temperature 25 deg.C is set as the reference level, the resistance value increases at the reference temperature for thermistors S1 and S2 as well as posistors P1 and P2. And the properties of S1 and S2 plus R1 and R2 are selected so that a part of current flows to the diodes D1 and D2 via the variable resistances RV1 and RV4 respectively. Then the control voltage at the reference temperature is set by a control of RV1 and RV4. After setting the control voltage, the control voltage at a high and low temperatures are set independently by variable resistances RV2 and RV3 to be applied as the control voltage of the electric circuit CKT1. |
