Circuit for image signal conversion - uses commands to information signal adaptor for tapping ambience dependent level values for programmed evaluation

The conversion concerns image signals from a thermal image sensor to video signals for a conventional image display. The signals of a thermo-sensor, in functional connection with a clock pulse generator, are supplied to an information signal adaptor via an amplitude discriminator. The latter which is affected by the clock pulse generator and applicable commands, transmits its output signals as a video signals most suitable for human optical perception, also via a clock pulse generator for energising a signal matching stage. The commands supplied to the information adaptor can be programmed for derivation of ambient level values of the thermo-sensor images. This is followed by an evaluation of a series of several individual images with changing image portions. Preferably the information adaptor contains microprocessors for command controlled image portion evaluation. The matching processes may use previously determined and stored process values.
