PURPOSE:To obtain an type head having excellent quality and price by integrally forming a print wire end bearing and a housing guide of a material having excellent wear resistance and small linear expansion coefficient. CONSTITUTION:The end bearing 5 and housing guide 8 of a type head 1 are integrally formed of composite nylon material (nylon 66 containing 10-30% of glass fiber and 10-30% of Teflon fiber). Since the bearing 5 and the guide 8 are formed of composite nylon material, variation in the contacting resistance between the guide and the print wire 9 due to head from a coil 4 and the variation in the gap G1 between the type head 1 and the type sheet 12 are not almost produced, with the result that it can be produced with a type head 1 having no trouble in practical use. Further, the bearing 5 and the guide 8 are formed of indifidual adaptive materials, which can be formed integrally by a double injection system. |
