PURPOSE:To make the life of carrier longer and to increase the print quality, by unifying the density of developing agent and carges, through the provision of a mixer rotating or shaking down a development agent supply device. CONSTITUTION:At a location where a development agent used for the development of electrostatic creep image on a photoreceptor drum 1 once down a development agent supply device 5 and a development region 14 is recoverd, a hexagonal rotary mixer 16 is provided. A development agent 10 passing through the region 14 is removed from a development roll 3 with a scraper plate 13 and falls on the mixer 16, and the development agent 10 can be mixed through the rotation of the mixer 16 efficiently. If the density of the development agent 10 is lowered, a detector detects it, a new development agent 10 is supplied from a supply inlet 17 of the device 5 and mixed at the mixer 16 and fed to a conveyor roll 11. |
