PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence exercised by heat on a measuring part through separation of a photodetecting element from the measuring part, by using an optical guide member. CONSTITUTION:An optical guide member 1 has a plural number of optical fibers 1-1-1-n. If light, in which a strength distribution is to be measured, enters measuring regions A and B at the incident end of the optical guide member 1, the light is applied on the receiving area of a fixed image sensor 2. If a scanning drive circuit 4 is driven by a clock oscillating circuit 3, the fixed image sensor 2 is repeatedly driven corresponding to a clock pulse. This causes the fixed image sensor 2 to perform a repeating self-scanning, and causes applying of the output to a display 6 where a photo strength distribution at the measuring part is displayed repeatedly. |
