PURPOSE:To elevate corrosion resistance and running stability, by providing a film consisting of titanium acylate or its hydrolystate, on a ferromagnetic metallic thin film. CONSTITUTION:On a CO-Ni film, a Co film and other ferromagnetic metallic thin film, a solution of titanium acylate shown by the expression (at least one or more of R1, R2, R3 and R4 have an acyl radical and others have an alkyl radical) is applied, subsequently, is dried, and a film consisting of titanium acylate or its hydrolystate is provided. |
