<p>PURPOSE:To constitute a titled tape recorder so that a magnetic tape does not slip but is fed at a constant speed, by mechanically detecting a terminal of the tape, and mechanically executing its shut-off operation. CONSTITUTION:By a capstan gear 4a, an intermediate gear 25 is rotated, and by the intermediate gear 25, a large gear 5b is rotated. When a magnetic tape 8 reaches its terminal and stops, a pinch roller 14 is stopped by friction against the magnetic tape 8, and a pinch roller gear 14a, an intermediate large gear 27b and an intermediate gear 26 are also stopped. In this case, however, a capstan 4 is rotated continuously and a reel small gear 5c will rotate. Therefore, in the engaged part of the intermediate gear 26 and the reel small gear 5c, the tooth of the reel small gear 5c thrusts away the tooth of the intermediate gear 26. Accordingly, a lever 21 is turned in the direction as indicated with an arrow B by making a fixed shaft 21b a supporting point, and as a result, a lock plate 20 moves to the right, and the engagement of a lock pin 18a with a cam stepped part 20a is released.</p> |
