PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a watch by using a rotary encoder driven by a crown. CONSTITUTION:Decimal 3-digit up/down counters 5-7 start counting by rotating a rotary encoder 3 which can be operated by a crown or the like in the clockwise/counterclockwise direction. These counted outputs are applied to a VCO2 through a D/A converter 8 and an output from the VOC2 is supplied to a radio circuit 1 to output as a local generating signal and also supplied to a frequency counter 12. The counter 12 controls a gate in accordance with a reference time from a counter 10 to offset only IF, counts up the output of the VCO2 and displays the received frequency on a display part 11. |
