PURPOSE:To reduce the effect of an electric field from an input side by a constitution wherein a guard pattern giving an intermediate potential of a voltage between input terminals is provided between the input and output sides of resistor patterns. CONSTITUTION:A beam body 1 is supported in an overhanging manner on a fixture member 4 by bolts 3 inserted through fitting holes 2. A strain generating region 5 is formed in the middle part of the beam body 1, and a load W acts on an acting piece 6. An insulating film 9 is formed on the upper surface of the body which is a surface whereon patterns are formed, and strain gage resistor patterns 10-13, a terminal lead pattern 14, resistor patterns 15 and 16 for parting voltage, and a guard pattern 17 are formed on the film 9. The pattern 17 is given a potential between the terminals 14A and 14B of the pattern 14. |
