PURPOSE:An economically improved deodorant for eliminating the smell of other food, having improved safety, high nutritive value, obtained by pulverizing a krill or other shell into ultrafine particles at a temperature lower than a freezing point. CONSTITUTION:A krill, other shell,if necessary, in the form of shucked shell fish, residuary meat, or whole fish form, is frozen and refrigerated. It is pulverized into ultrafine particle state by a high-speed grinder while keeping it at the freezing point (preferably <=-15 deg.C). Prepared ultrafine particle paste, for example, is blended with fish meat ground into granules, to eliminate the unpleasant smell of fish meat. |
