PURPOSE:To eliminate seeing an image double even by reproducing the image in a static picture mode, by recording the signal obtained with non-interlace after converting the signal into an interlace signal by a color signal converting circuit and a synchronizing/mixing buffer circuit. CONSTITUTION:A camera 4 separates the red, green and blue components into three primary colors based on the incident light given from a subject and delivers these components independently of each other and in the form of non- interlace signals. The color signal components delivered from the camera 4 are supplied synchronously with color signal converting circuits 5a, 5b and 5c of a non-interlace/interlace signal converting circuit 5. The signal given from the circuit 5 is mixed with the signal obtained via a synchronizing signal producing circuit 5c which forms the synchronizing signal component given through the camera 4 as a synchronizing signal component for interlace signal through a synchronizing/mixing buffer circuit 5d. Thus each color signal component and the syncyronizing signal component are converted into interlace signals, and a TV signal is delivered. The camera 4, the circuit 5 and the circuit 5d are set into a housing 5f. |
