摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive simplification of the circuit constitution of a master oscillating part by a method wherein the deviation signal between the output signal of a ring counter and the output signal of the master oscillator is amplified, and the ring counter is controlled in such a manner that the deviation signal will be zeroes. CONSTITUTION:A master oscillating part 11 consists of an oscillator 11a and a transmitting circuit 11b, and the output signal sent from said oscillating part 11 is inputted to the inverter devices 12 and 13 of the same constitution. Both the inverter devices 12 and 13 are operated in parallel. The inverter device 12 is composed of an inverter part 14 and a control part 15. The control part 15 consists of the receiving circuit 15a for input signal, the output signal of the receiving circuit 15a, the deviation detector 15b with which the deviation between the output signal of the receiving circuit 15a and the output signal of the ring counter 15g is found, an amplifier 15c, an adder 17d, an LPF circuit 15e, a V-F counter 15f, the ring counter 15g which is operated by the output signal of the V-F converter 15f, an NOT circuit 15i and a gate circuit 15h with which an ignition signal is outputted to the inverter part 14.
