Cleaned, living, soft-shelled turtles are frozen in liquid nitrogen, then granulated, and then powdered in a nitrogen gas atmos. maintained at a temp. of -50 deg.C. The powder is then sterilised, and dried. To the powder obtd., natural vitamin E is added, and then it is mixed with wheat germ oil, and encapsuled in gelatinous capsules. (J57110172).
