<p>The rigid light-weight panel top (1) is hingeably connected to a vertical support (2). The support construction is of suitable rigid bent wire, with spaced transverse welded thin rods, for reinforcing the frame. The hinge connection enables the top to be height-adjustable. The top part of the wire frame has a U-shaped handle, which, when the top is folded down, provides easy carrying. For bed ridden people, the unit can be placed with the free end of the support between the knees of the user, with the free end of the top edge resting against the chest.</p> |
