PURPOSE:To submerge a float under a stable state when the float is submerged for suspension by installing an empty chamber and a buoyancy regulating chamber in the float and alternately charging water and air to the buoyancy regulating chamber. CONSTITUTION:The inside of the float 6 is divided into the buoyancy regulating chamber 11 and the empty chamber 12, a feedwater port 13 and an air-supply port 14 and an exhaust port 15 with a valve are formed to the buoyancy regulating chamber 11 while water is admitted to the buoyancy regulating chamber 11 to submerge the float, and buoyancy is increased by introducing air. When submerging the float 6, water intrudes in the buoyancy regulating chamber 11 from the feedwater port 13 and the buoyancy of the float 6 reduces by opening a valve 16 and discharging air in the chamber 11. When increasing buoyancy, on the other hand, water in the chamber 11 is discharged from the feedwater port 13 by closing the valve 16 and pressing air into the chamber 11 from the air- supply port 14, and maximum buoyancy is given by extracting water. Accordingly, buoyancy reduces and the float 6 is not turned over by filling water in the buoyancy regulating chamber 11. |
