PURPOSE:To attain processing of high resolution simply with high yield by reading an output of a linear image sensor at each period being an integral multiple of a rotating period of a rotating type recording medium and recording each readout output onto a different position on one circumference of the medium. CONSTITUTION:Light from an image pickup lens is reflected on a polygon mirror 23 rotating in a prescribed rotating angular velocity and led to the linear image sensor 100. An output of the sensor 100 is read out by a driving signal from a driver circuit 109 and its output is recorded on a rotating disc 103 via a processing circuit 101. In this case, a PG head 105 generates a pulse having a prescribed phase per one revolution of a disc 103, and the pulse is waveform- shaped 106 and applies to a pulse generator (PG) 107. The PG107 receives it and applies a driving pulse E to the circuit 109 so as to read the output of the sensor 100 in a period being an integral multiple of the rotating period of the disc. Further, the circuit 109 controls that the read-out output of one line of the sensor 100 is recorded respectively on a different position of one circumference of the disc 103. |
