PURPOSE:To reduce the frequency of communication between controllers and to improve the processing capacity by putting the information on EXC (display under processing) on the channel of a signal line and enabling the controller to read out the EXC information of the opposite controller from the peripheral circuit controlled by said controller. CONSTITUTION:A subscriber circuit 15, i.e., a peripheral circuit detects the relrease of the subscriber in timing 1 and sends the release information 2 to a controller 13. At the same time, ''1'' is set up to 1 bit of the signal channel and sets the EXC information. This information is held until the controller 13 finishes the corresponding processing and a clear instruction 4 of the EXC information arrives. A trunk circuit 14, i.e., a peripheral circuit detects the release of a trunk line within set periods 3-5 of the EXC information 23, and this release information is sent to a controller 12. Thus the controller 12 delivers an instruction to the circuit 14 for scan of the EXC information and checks whether or not a phenomenon related to the circuit 15 is under processing. When the EXC information is checked in timing 7, the EXC information of the controller 13 is set at ''1''. While the controller 12 performs no processing in order to avoid the conflict. However the EXC information is set at ''0'' in timing 8, and the release processing is carried out. |
