PURPOSE:To shorten a molding cycle, by automating a process for coating a mold with a mold release agent, a process for wiping a mold release agent with dry cloth and a process for taking out a molded article from the mold during reactive injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A material is injected in a mold consisting of a male mold 1 and a female mold 4 and held until expanded and cured in said mold. A link 40 is pushed out by an air cylinder 43 and a cylinder 42 fixed to the link 40 is rotated while a taking-out plate 36 is also rotated to send the taking-out plate into the intermediate part of the opened mold and a molded article is automatically taken out in a state loaded on the taking-out plate by a return mechanism. In the next step, a mold release agent feed-in pipe is set to the middle part between the opened male and female molds 1, 4 and a mold release agent 15 is injected to the male and female molds by a solenoid valve 39. Subsequently, a motor 18 formed by attaching yarn like cloths 16 for wiping a mold release agent to the motor shaft 17 is transferred and rotated to wipe off the mold release agent adhered to the male and female molds with said dry yarn like cloths. |
