PURPOSE:To control a vane angle with simple construction, by transmitting the power of a driving gear to the mechanical coupling means between a tension rod and a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:If a rotary shaft 1 is rotated, a yoke 5, supporting member 12, thread members 15, 17, pieces 16 and a piece driving sleeve 23 are turned together, causing gears 8a, 23b to turn without changing their relative position. In no relation to a state of stop or rotation of the rotary shaft 1, if a control worm 32 is turned, a planet gear 24 is relatively turned with respect to a planet gear 25, and the piece driving sleeve 23 is relatively turned with respect to the rotary shaft 1, thus rotating the piece 16. The piece 16, moving the thread members 15, 17 in the opposite direction to each other, causes the change of a distance lbetween the supporting member 12 and the yoke 5.
