PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled structure having excellent scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, etc., by melting and kneading two kinds of fluororesins with a specific polyolefin, spinning the blend polymer, and treating the obtained structure with a solvent. CONSTITUTION:(A) A mixture of (i) a fluororesin having excellent surface properties such as tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer and (ii) a fluororesin having high mechanical strength such as tetrafluoroethylene-ethylene copolymer is kneaded under melting with (B) a polyolefin having a melt index of <=3 such as polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., and the mixture is subjected to the extrusion spinning with an extruder, and if necessary to the intertwining treatment to obtain a sea-and-island fiber structure containing the component (A) as the island component and the component (B) as the sea component. The obtained fiber is treated with a solvent such as p-xylene to remove the component (B) and obtain the objective structure having an average fineness of 0.0001-0.9 denier. |
