PURPOSE:To reduce the time required for forming and to save labor by finishing a press forming process at a single stroke. CONSTITUTION:A titled device is so constructed that a flat steel plate is bent to form many heat radiating parts 2 arranged parallelly at equal intervals, and each part 2 is constructed to form a space 3 in its inside and also to have squeezed parts 4 at its both ends formed by flattening the space 3 at both ends into solid ends. Accordingly, the parts 4 are formed at the same time in press forming respective heat radiating parts 2. Further, the heat radiating parts 2 of complete shapes are obtained at a single pressing stroke, and a product 1 is prevented from causing any strain because of the simultaneous process.
