PURPOSE:To select freely optional one kind among five kinds of copying modes by an easy technique by executing a prescribed process by using a single photosensitive body having both electrostatic charging properties, usual two kinds of colored toners, and one kind of light shielding filter. CONSTITUTION:A primary charge is executed to a positive polarity by a charger 2, to a photosensitive body 1 formed by providing a photosensitive layer 11 having a sensitivity for an A color of two colors A, B, on a conductive base body 10. When a positive original image of the A color (red) and a B color (black, a cololress ground part is made white) is exposed through a red transmission filter 3, an electrostatic latent image is generated on the photosensitive body 1 corresponding to the ground part and the red image part. An inversion development is executed by a black toner charged to the positive polarity, and a negative original image is obtained. A secondary charge of the positive polarity is executed onto the photosensitive body 1. The negative original image is exposed, and the inversion development is executed by the black toner charged to the positive polarity. Subsequently, the positive original imge is exposed through a red shielding filter, developed regularly by a red toner, transferred after a tertiary charge of the positive polarity, by which a distinct two color image is obtained. In the same way, by executing the prescribed process, five kinds of copying modes are obtained. |
