PURPOSE:To reduce the height of the entire detector to a large extent, by specifying the attaching direction of a vibrating body in an current collecting type infrared-ray detector, which is provided with stripe shaped infrared-ray shielding bodies. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of an infrared-ray detecting body 101, an infrared-ray transmitting body 111, which is provided with a stripe shaped infrared-ray shielding body 111a, is formed. An infrared-ray transmitting body 112, which is provided with a stripe shaped infrared-ray shielding body 112a, is arranged so as to face the infrared-ray transmitting body 111. A vibrating body 113 is arranged so that its longitudinal direction is aligned in parallel with the front surface of the infrared-ray detecting body 101. Since the attaching direction of the vibrating body is specified in this way, the height (h) of the entire detector can be reduced to a large extent regardless of the length of the vibrating body in the longitudinal direction. |
