<p>PURPOSE:To improve the peel resistance, by roughening the surface of a metal body, applying a vinylidene fluoride type resin on the surface, drying it to have a layer with a specified thickness, and laminating a vinylidene fluoride type resin film in a melted state or a heated state under pressure thereon so that layer having a specified thickness may be formed. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a metal body is roughened, and a fine dispersion or solution containing 20wt% vinylidene fluoride type resin is applied on the surface followed by drying to have a layer 50mu or less in thickness. Then a vinylidene fluoride resin film or sheets in a melted state or a solid phase state heated under pressure is laminated thereon, so that a layer 5-50mum in thickness is formed. Thus a covered metal body can be obtained in a simple manner that is free from pinholes in the surface, and is excellent in weather resistance, surface flaw resistance, prevention of adhesion of dust, etc.</p> |
