PURPOSE:To attain restriction and release of an outgoing call when a command code is inputted by allowing a subscriber to register the command code in advance in a telephone terminal device having a microprocessor. CONSTITUTION:When the subscriber operates a numeric button 4 while hooking on a handset 1 and inputs a numeral 4, the command code and a secret number, a numeral analysis section 32 in the processor 3 detects the numeral 4, transmits a code and a number to a hooked state detection section 31 and registers the secret number to a secret number register section 31 when a hook switch 2 is opened. In case restricting a call of a telephone set terminal device, when the command code, the secret number and a call restriction command code ''0'' are inputted from the button 4, the detection section 31 transmits each numeral to a command detection section 33, the registered number is compared with the content of the register section 34 and they are coincident, a numeral ''0'' is transmitted to a call restriction section 36 so as to set the call restricting state. The call is restricted even when the 3rd party hooks off the handset 1 and dials a number by using the numeral button 4 in this state, and it is required to input the command code, the secret number and a restriction release code to release the state. |
