摘要 PURPOSE:To stabilize operation by regulating the time interval from the end of impression of the 1st current pulse till impression of the 2nd current pulse to the length of a hairpin conductor/the speed of satd. domain wall or above. CONSTITUTION:A [YSmLuBi(a)3(FeGe)5O12] magnetic garnet film is for 1mum bubble of which the speed of the satd. domain wall Vs is 28m/s is used for a magnetic bubble material. The length of a hairpin conductor for detecting and erasing the magnetic bubble is L=75mum and the driving frequency of the rotating magnetic field in the plane is f=125kHz. The reference of the position of the phase of the rotating magnetic field HR is 0muS and the phase at which the impression of the 1st current pulse for stretching the magnetic bubble is 3.5muS. When the phase at which the 2nd current pulse of 120mA amplitude and 0.4muS pulse width is changed, the area of the bias magnetic field for stabilizing erasing widens quickly when the phase exceeds 6.2muS obtd. by adding L/Vs (=2.7muS) to the phase at which the 1st current pulse ends. The requirement for such stable operation is to maintain gamma<=L/Vs the time interval from the end of impression of the 1st current pulse until the impression of the 2nd current pulse. The stable characteristic of erasing the magnetic bubble is thus obtd.
