The apparatus, comprising a urine outlet 4 connected to a urine transportation tube 5, is characterised in that a fastening hole 11 is made in the aperture 4, and in that a seal 13 is provided around a connection cylinder 12 at its end which may be inserted freely into the outlet 4, and comprising a fastening groove 14 around the said cylinder in a position situated after the seal, in that an elastic collar 16 provided with a fastening projection 15 formed on its internal surface in order to interact with the fastening hole 11, is placed around the outlet 4, the fastening projection being inserted by passing through the fastening hole 11 into the fastening groove 14 of the connection cylinder 12, and in that one end of the tube 5 is connected to the connection cylinder 12 so that one end of the urine transportation tube may rotate freely with respect to the urine outlet by the intermediary of the connection cylinder and by virtue of the mutual connection. <IMAGE>
