PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction in a data transfer efficiency by corresponding a controller only to an SPO signal exceeding a prescribed time in data transfer suppressing signals (SPO) generated from a channel device. CONSTITUTION:When a channel device 1 is a multiplex channel device and the transmission reaches the transmission disable limit on the way of transmission of a data D in a memory 4, the transmission suppression signal SPO is transmitted to a discriminating section 15 via an interface 14. The discriminating section 15 supervises the duration time of the transmission suppressing signal SPO and when its time L exceeds, e.g., 330mus, the signal level of an output signal E is brought into logical 1. Since the gate circuit 7 is closed by it, the drive of a counter 8 by a clock pulse CL is stopped. Thus, the transmission of a data-in signal DI and a service-in signal SI is expanded. |
